Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We accept Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and Providence insurance plans, as well as motor vehicle claims. Because coverage varies widely, please reach out to hello@fully-blooming.com before your appointment with your insurance provider’s name and plan details. We’ll help you verify your benefits and guide you through the process.

What kinds of massage do you offer?
We specialize in craniosacral therapy and gentle deep tissue massage. Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch technique that helps calm your nervous system and release deep tension. Gentle deep tissue massage targets tight muscles and fascia and can relieve chronic pain with careful, intuitive pressure.

What can I expect during my first session?
Your first visit begins with a short conversation so I can understand your goals and any areas of concern. Then, you’ll settle into a calm, welcoming space where the session will be tailored just for you. You’re in control, if anything feels uncomfortable or you want to change focus, just let me know.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
No special preparation is needed for therapeutic and relaxation massage. You’ll be draped for privacy, and we provide all linens and our own house-made, herb-infused oils. If you have specific health concerns, medications, or injuries, please share those upfront.
For craniosacral appointments you will remain clothed, wear anything you feel comfortable in.

How often should I schedule sessions?
It depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. For chronic pain or tension, weekly sessions for four to six weeks can provide immediate relief, once you’re in maintenance-mode we can taper off to monthly or quarterly sessions depending on your needs. For relaxation or stress relief, monthly visits often work well. I’m happy to help you create a plan that fits your lifestyle and needs.

Can I book a session if I’m pregnant?
Yes, but please let me know you’re pregnant when booking. Certain techniques and positions are adjusted for safety and comfort during pregnancy.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This allows others to book your spot and helps keep the studio running smoothly. That being said, please don’t come to the studio if you’re sick. Cancellations less than 24 hours due to illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
