Welcome to

Full Bloom

This studio was founded on the belief that true healing requires a departure from the hurried pace of the modern world. Tucked away in the heart of Portland’s Slabtown district, our studio is more than just a place for bodywork, it is a dedicated sanctuary for the nervous system.

Every detail of the space, from the soft, natural light to our house-made, herb-infused oils, has been curated to help you land softly. We lean away from the clinical and toward the restorative, offering a high-end environment where you are invited to shed the weight of your day and simply exist.

At Full Bloom, we don’t just address tension; we honor the body’s need for safety, stillness, and a genuine exhale. Here, you are not just a client on a table, you are a whole person, invited to rediscover what it feels like to move with ease and live in full bloom.

Meet Your Therapist

I spent the first two decades of my working life in the fast-paced world of restaurants and hospitality, an environment defined by high energy and constant motion. Eventually, I realized that while I loved taking care of people, the intensity was taking a significant toll on my own well-being. It was during a quiet honeymoon in England that I finally slowed down enough to hear my inner voice and realize my true calling: helping others regulate and restore balance in their nervous system.

For the past seven years as a professional massage therapist, I have poured my heart into creating a practice rooted in the belief that healing doesn't have to be forceful to be profound. I am deeply passionate about this work; I truly love what I do. I specialize in gentle deep tissue and craniosacral therapy specifically because I know what it’s like to live in a body that feels overstimulated. My goal is to help you quiet the noise of the outside world so you, too, can hear what your body is trying to tell you.

There is a unique joy in helping someone let go of the noise of chronic pain and stress so that they finally feel at home in their own body. Whether I am working with my house-made botanical infusions or focusing on the subtle rhythms of craniosacral and myofascial work, my goal is to provide a gentle, luxurious space where you can finally exhale. Helping you feel comfortable and supported in your own body truly feeds my soul.
