I established this space to provide a serene environment dedicated to restorative massage and bodywork.
Hello, I'm Sara Kitcher, the founder of Full Bloom Massage Studio.
I believe that when we slow down, work gently with the body, and soothe the nervous system, healing can be profound and long-lasting. My massage style blends flowing Swedish techniques with craniosacral therapy, allowing for deep release without force, what I like to call gentle deep-tissue, and creating space for the body to unwind, repair, and reconnect.
My journey into massage began during a much-needed honeymoon vacation from my previous career in restaurants and events. I had been feeling stuck, burnt out, and in need of a change, but I was unsure of what my next step would be. Taking time away to get the rest my body and mind had been craving allowed me the space to unwind and listen to my intuition. Finally, on a countryside bus ride through Cornwall, England, a quiet inner voice asked: “What about massage therapy?” That moment marked the beginning of a life-changing shift.
My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and body neutrality. I specialize in supporting people living with chronic stress, pain, and those seeking gender-affirming, collaborative care. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, heard, and cared for, and that the effects of our work extend beyond their physical pain.
In our culture, rest is often seen as something to earn rather than something essential. I work to counter that belief, offering massage as both a form of care and a practice of reclamation. Reminding your body that rest is not only allowed, but necessary. Whether you're dealing with acute injury, long-standing tension, or emotional fatigue, my goal is to guide you into deep relaxation so your body and mind can begin to heal.
You’re always welcome here, just as you are.
